Our Salmon

Lighthouse Caledonia produces fresh Scottish salmon of the highest quality, all with a fully-documented Scottish provenance. Lighthouse Caledonia adopt HACCP principles across the supply chain from Freshwater through to Dispatch. We operate our Quality Management System to BS EN ISO 9001/2000 accreditation and are currently expanding the scope to encompass all major steps in our supply chain. We are fully accredited to the following Quality Standards- BRC: Global Food Standard, Code of Good Practice for Scottish Finfish Aquaculture, GlobalGap and we have Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) status confirmed. We are working towards accreditation of our Environmental Management System to BS EN ISO 14001 status and have also started work in developing towards Freedom Food accreditation.
